"Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed" - If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased just send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund your money (there will be a 15 % restocking fee for special order items). Products must be returned in the manufacturer's packaging. Both the product and the packaging must be in a new, sellable condition. If either shows wear or is damaged, Coastline Adventures reserves the right to refuse to allow the return or to deduct reasonable costs associated with the less than "like new" condition. Any products returned after 30 days will be automatically applied towards a store credit or can be exchanged for another product of equal value. Manufacturer malfunction or poor workmanship - If for some reason the product you purchase is faulty or contains a workmanship error, we will replace it according to the manufacturer terms.
